Leeds Carnegie's 22 for Saturday's opening game of the LV= Cup against the Scarlets includes 13 players who have come through their Academy.
In the starting line-up, the second-row sees two debutants with Dominic Barrow and James Craig alongside each other. 17-year-old Barrow will become the first player to debut for the club who was born after the club was formed in 1992.
Kearnan Myall will captain the side for the first time in a pack where only Mike MacDonald and Alfie To'oala are not from the Academy.
The bench sees a further three possible debutants in England U18 captain Chris Walker, Oliver Stedman and scrum-half Craig Hampson.
“We have got a few guys who have played a lot of rugby so far this season so they will get a well earned rest this week but we are very excited about the young players who are coming through,” said Head Coach Neil Back.
“They have been working hard in the A team and out on loan over the past two years and deserve their opportunity to pull on a first team jersey.”
