The Irish province showed all their experience to comfortably see off Saracens in their last European encounter, and they will be hoping for more of the same against les Jaunards.
The last time the two sides met at Thomond Park, the French side played much of the game a man down after Jamie Cudmore’s red card for an altercation with Paul O’Connell.
Clermont still led for the majority of the match before conceding two late tries to go home with nothing.
Both Cudmore and O’Connell have mellowed with age, so this one might be a little less fiery, but expect it to be just as tight.
