Harlequins have announced the squad to play Montpellier at The Stoop on Thursday in Round 1 of the Challenge Cup.

There are six changes to the squad that beat Sale Sharks in the Premiership last week.

Harry Sloan is named at inside centre as Matt Hopper moves to outside centre. Mike Brown, who recently announced that he is committing his long-term future to Harlequins, starts at full-back.

Among the replacements, Rob Buchanan will look to make his first appearance of the season, with Kieran Treadwell targeting a European debut.
