Canada head coach Kieran Crowley has named his squad for their World Cup warm-up match against Georgia in Esher, England, on Wednesday.

Jamie Cudmore, who captained Canada in their win against Glasgow in Halifax on Saturday, will once again skipper the squad in the non-cap international.

Wednesday's match will see Jebb Sinclair make his first start of their RWC preparations after he, along with Cudmore, missed the entire Pacific Nations Cup due to injury. Sinclair came on as a second-half replacement on Saturday.

In total, there are nine changes from the XV that beat the Warriors 19-12.

Djustice Sears-Duru keeps his place at loosehead prop while Doug Wooldridge gets the start at tighthead. Ray Barkwill has been given the nod at hooker.

Cudmore will start alongside Brett Beukeboom in the second-row while John Moonlight joins Sinclair at flanker with Aaron Carpenter playing at number eight.

Carpenter earned his 65th cap in Canada's last Test match against the USA in Ottawa, which moved him into sole possession of third all-time on Canada's appearance list.

Jamie Mackenzie starts at scrum-half, while Nathan Hirayama retains his place at fly-half.

Phil Mackenzie and Jeff Hassler man the wings with Nick Blevins and Ciaran Hearn starting in the centres. Matt Evans completes the team at full-back.

Meanwhile, Georgia head coach Milton Haig wants a strong performance from a side led by Mamuka Gorgodze.

"This game is important in terms of improving our performance from the last game against Newcastle. We've analysed our last game and with only two training sessions before Canada, we must adapt quickly and perform to our potential," he said.
