Ahead of Saturday’s kick-offs here’s a quick look at all the permutations for the play-offs and top six in the Premiership.

Second place is still up for grabs, guaranteeing a home semi-final, with Exeter Chiefs currently on 69 points and Wasps two points behind.

Exeter travel to Harlequins while Wasps host relegated London Irish, giving Dai Young’s side a real chance of moving up into second by the end of the afternoon.

Leicester’s hopes of taking that second spot are slim – they need both Exeter and Wasps to lose without any bonus points and to win themselves with a try bonus point away to Bath.

Outside the top four, just two points seperate fifth from seventh with Northampton, Harlequins and Sale Sharks all chasing two Champions Cup spots.

Sale might start the day outside those places but with Quins hosting Exeter and Saints travelling to Kingsholm, it’s certainly not over.

There is however a twist – should Harlequins win the Challenge Cup next weekend then they would be guaranteed a Champions Cup spot regardless of where they finish.

Should that be in the top six, then seventh place in the Premiership would also get a Champions Cup spot, which is good news for Sale currently.
