Edinburgh head coach Alan Solomons hailed the performance of his pack, particularly at scrum time, after their 32-13 win over the Dragons.
Friday's gritty victory at Murrayfield saw their all-international front-row dominate, laying the platform for the home outfit's bonus-point win.
WP Nel and Alasdair Dickinson crossed the whitewash before Tom Brown and Matt Scott finished the job, leaving Solomons a delighted coach.
"We're scrumming particularly well at the moment. The team has been built over the last two and a bit seasons, and we've developed this pack," he told Edinburgh's website.
"I think they [Dragons] wanted to negate our power, which was in the scrum and maul, and the consequence of them trying to do that illegally was that they paid the price in terms of yellow cards.
"They were prepared to do that to try and negate the power and the advantage that we had up front, and we're now finding that sides are trying a variety of things against us at the scrum and in the maul."
Edinburgh are currently sixth in the PRO12 and travel to Ulster for their next fixture on Friday.
