Long-time Munster lock Donncha O'Callaghan is set to have his departure confirmed in the next few days, according to reports.
The Irish Examiner state that the former Ireland international is heading overseas to round off his impressive career.
Munster have allegedly granted O'Callaghan an early release from his contract which ran until June 2016 in order for him to take up a two-year deal with an overseas club.
O'Callaghan, much like his former team-mate Paul O'Connell, has been an outstanding servant to Munster during his 17 years with the two-time European Cup winners.
Overall, O'Callaghan made 263 appearances for Munster while also winning 94 caps for Ireland and 4 for the British and Irish Lions.
O'Connell was granted a similar release at the end of last season in order to join European champions Toulon.
