Ireland trio Sean O'Brien, Mike McCarthy and Dave Kearney have all reportedly been ruled out of the rest of the Six Nations.
RTÉ alleged on Friday that all three starters from Ireland's one-point loss to France last Saturday will play no further part in the competition.
O'Brien suffered a hamstring tear in Paris and had previously been ruled out of Ireland's game with England on February 27, but his absence has now been extended for the rest of the tournament.
McCarthy's season is over after the 34-year-old visited a concussion specialist, while Kearney's shoulder injury means he will also miss the final three games.
Defending champions Ireland have only one point after their first two matches following their draw with Wales and defeat against France.
