Toulouse boss Guy Novès had plenty of praise for this weekend's opponents Oyonnax in the Top 14 play-offs.
Oyonnax have been the surprise package in this year's Top 14, making the play-offs in sixth place despite having the smallest budget in the league and a population of only 23,000.
They will travel to the Stade Ernest-Wallon this weekend in a bid to make the final four, but in order to progress will have to get past the 19-time champions.
"They are a team with many qualities which go hand in hand with the fundamentals of the sport; a great strength of character and players who can make big differences," Novès told Rugbyrama.
Novès added that Toulouse's status as favourites would count for little, but their experience might play a part.
"Like every year, there is always a favorite and an underdog, but for me it means nothing.
"Against us we will have 23 highly motivated guys… will our additional experience help us out? I'll tell you after the game."
