Munster scrum-half Conor Murray is set to meet with a knee specialist on Wednesday after he suffered an injury against the Ospreys on Saturday.

Murray and left wing Simon Zebo were both absent from training on Tuesday, with the latter following return to play protocols after sustaining concussion.

Also missing from the session were squad captain Peter O'Mahony, back-row Paddy Butler, hooker Eusebio Guinazu and outside centre Andrew Smith.

"Head coach Anthony Foley reported today that there are a number of tired bodies in the squad after a long season. Some players didn't take part in training today with the management team taking a sensible approach to player workload in preparing for Saturday," read a Munster statement released on their website.
