Jordi Murphy comes in for Jamie Heaslip as Joe Schmidt makes just one change to his team to face England in Dublin on Sunday.
Heaslip hasn't recovered from the back injury he picked up against France, with the Leinster number eight targeting the next game against Wales for his return.
As a result Murphy gets the nod at the base of the scrum, where he started against Italy in the opening game of the tournament.
Tommy O'Donnell, who also played against the Azzurri, comes onto the bench, and there is another change among the replacements with fit-again Eoin Reddan coming in for Isaac Boss.
Other than that it's as you were for the Men in Green, as they look to end a run of four straight defeats against England and keep themselves on course to retain their Six Nations title.
