McLeod to coach NZ Baa-baas

Highlanders assistant coach Scott McLeod has been named as the New Zealand Barbarians' head coach for their upcoming match with the Maori All Blacks.

The match will be played at Eden Park in Auckland on July 18 and McLeod's assistant coaches will be Auckland coach and Barbarians club member Paul Feeney, and Hawkes Bay Magpies coach Craig Philpott.

The team's manager will be Angus Gardiner who is currently the Crusaders manager.

The Maori All Blacks begin their 2015 tour with a match against Fiji in Suva on Saturday, July 11. They last played the New Zealand Barbarians in 2010 as part of the centenary series winning 37-31.
