Maynadier called up by France

France head coach Guy Novès has called up Bordeaux-Bègles hooker Clément Maynadier ahead of facing New Zealand.

Maynadier comes into the squad for Stade Français hooker Rémi Bonfils.

The other change made by Novès sees young Clermont forward Arthur Iturria drop out of the squad. He will not be replaced for Saturday’s game, leaving France with a group of 31 players.

Les Bleus were narrowly defeated 25-23 by Australia at the Stade de France last weekend.
