Chiefs wing Lelia Masaga is keen to finish his stint at the Hamilton-based franchise as a Super Rugby winner again.
Chiefs wing Lelia Masaga is keen to finish his stint at the Hamilton-based franchise as a Super Rugby winner for the second year in succession.
Masaga is one of five Chiefs who will head overseas to new contracts at the end of the Super Rugby season, which finishes with their final against the Brumbies in Hamilton on Saturday.
The 26-year-old was not lacking in motivation when discussing the prospects of another final after his side's 20-19 semi-final win over the Crusaders.
“It was very important to me,” said Masaga.
“We're all about BTB, which is back-to-back trophies, so our main goal was to win this game and hopefully have a final.
“Our goal now is to win that and go away with two titles.”
