Connacht will be able to call upon scrum-half Kieran Marmion and back-row Eoin McKeon when they take on Munster in the PRO12 this weekend.

The duo, who have missed the last three and four games respectively due to injury, have both been declared fit and available for selection on Saturday.

However, the province has received a setback with the news that flanker Jake Heenan sustained a rotator cuff tear to his right shoulder during the last round against Cardiff Blues, which rules him out for the rest of their campaign.

An injury update revealed further injury concerns for Connacht.

"Willie Faloon has re-dislocated his shoulder in training and will undergo surgery on Friday of this week. The openside flanker has been ruled out for the remainder of the season," it read.

"Tighthead prop Nathan White remains sidelined due to ongoing lumbar spine issues affecting his leg. He is being closely monitored and is due for a specialist review in the coming days.

"Dave McSharry sustained a knee injury in training late last week and will undergo further investigation this week to determine the extent of the damage. The 25-year-old centre will be unavailable for the upcoming clash with Munster."

In other news, centre Bundee Aki continues to rehab post ankle surgery and while progress has been made, the 24-year-old will not be available this week. Wing Niyi Adeolokun is also not yet ready to return.
