Japan have named their line-up that will take on Scotland at Toyota Stadium in Tokyo on Saturday, with Amanaki Mafi included at number eight.
Mafi missed last weekend's narrow win against Canada but returns to the starting side in place of Kyosuke Horie, with Hendrik Tui on the flank.
The Brave Blossoms will however be without scrum-half Fumiaki Tanaka, who misses out and is replaced by Kaito Shigeno at nine this week.
Up front Shota Horie is named as the hooker in place of Takeshi Kizu.
