South Africa will be without Francois Louw on their end-of-year tour after he was ruled out with a hamstring injury, Bath have confirmed.

The 31-year-old suffered the injury against New Zealand in the defeat in Durban, with his club's communications manager giving an update.

"Francois suffered a hamstring injury which will keep him out for about ten weeks," she told Sport24.com, ruling Louw out until next year.

South Africa will face the Barbarians, England, Italy and Wales in November as they look to improve after a disappointing Rugby Championship.
