Juan Martín Fernández Lobbe has called for calm from Toulon as they face an important four-game stretch in their season.
Toulon scraped past Pau on Sunday and face Bath in their rescheduled Champions Cup clash this weekend at the Stade Felix Mayol.
The visit of Wasps follows before a trip to Bath prior to hosting Top 14 champions Stade Français this month.
"We must remain calm and have a positive spirit. We have four very important games coming up," Lobbe told the EPC Rugby website.
"It was an average game against Pau, but we won. We will work hard, there is no magic formula. The team has to win the next meetings, but we must be focused on the small details."
Toulon's impressive squad has been hit hard by injuries, with Bernard Laporte admitting that a number of the club's youth team had been training with the senior squad to make up the numbers.
"We are missing 12 players (Orioli, O'Connell, Taofifénua, Manoa, Vermeulen, Juan Smith, Pelissie, Giteau, Michalak, Halfpenny, Tuisova, D. Armitage). Today we got the group together, and many were from the Espoirs group," Laporte said.
"I think Fresia, Chilachava, Mikautadze could return soon. When we get everyone back, it will get better.
"We have no Manoa nor Taofifenua, and we are waiting for O'Connell to replace Bakkies and Ali. We have a lot of absentees in the same position. Those who are there are doing what they can.
"It's tough right now but everyone must do more for the good of the team."
