Toulon flank Juan Martin Fernández-Lobbe has been ruled out for up to three months after fracturing his right elbow against Toulouse on Saturday.

The 31-year-old, who came on as a second-half replacement, lasted just fifteen minutes in the 13-12 Top 14 defeat at the Stade Ernest Wallon.

Lobbe will undergo an operation to fix the damage done to his elbow and will miss the November Tests against England, Wales, Italy and Ireland.
