Rhys Oakley, Jonny Hepworth, Luther Burrell, Calum Clark and Jonathan Goodridge all crossed while man of the match Ceiron Thomas added 13 points with the boot.

The victory took Leeds back to the top of Pool One of the, ahead of Bourgoin on try count ahead of next week's final group tie.

England Sevens star Matthew Cox scored a hat-trick, Jake Abbott bagged a brace and Sam Tuitupou, Chris Pennell and Greg King also crossed to see the hosts to a 54-3 victory.

The result ended a run of eight games without a win for Worcester, who are already out of contention in Pool Two.

Despite Abbott's early score, Madrid were still in the game until shortly before half-time. But Tuitupou crossed and Abbott added his second to put Worcester in command at the break.

The second half belonged to Cox, who ran in a hat-trick, while Pennell and King added late scores as the Warriors romped home.

Montauban can still qualify for the quarter-finals after sealing a bonus-point victory over lowly Petrarca in Pool Five.

Flanker Alejandro Campos led the way with two tries, while there were also scores for Adrien Figueiredo and Roman Sazy, plus 11 points from the boot of Cedric Coll as the French side triumphed 31-23.

In Saturday's late game, Christian Gajan's tenure as coach of Bayonne got off to a good start as his side produced a late rally to down Racing Metro 27-14 at the Stade Jean Dauger.
