Brumbies fly-half Christian Leali'ifano says they are happy to be playing the Highlanders at home next weekend for the quarter-finals.
After the Brumbies beat the Force 24-10, and the Highlanders edged the Chiefs 25-15, the pair will now play each other in the last-eight.
The Brumbies co-captain said playing the Highlanders is a daunting challenge but at least they will be in front of their fans next weekend.
"They are the defending champions, but the positive is that it is at home in front of our fans," Leali'ifano said.
"We're excited about the challenge – we've just got to stay focused and we'll see what happens next week."
The Wallaby utility-back also said they had a lot to work on after the Force exposed some of their weaknesses.
"I'm glad that we got the win but obviously there were parts of our game that were really disappointing," said Leali'ifano.
"They're a tough defensive side and work really well for each other. It was tough to find cracks.
"They put pressure on us, which is really good heading into next week."
