Argentina scrum-half Martin Landajo lamented his side not performing for the 80 minutes after their 57-22 loss to New Zealand in Hamilton.
The Pumas were outstanding for the opening 50 minutes at Waikato Stadium and were 24-22 adrift before the All Blacks turned on the style.
New Zealand ran in eight tries in the contest as Argentina fell away late on, which was difficult for the experienced number nine to swallow.
"It was a tough game, we had a good first half and start of the second but it's not enough, we need to go for 80 minutes," he told Sky Sport.
"We didn't score the tries we had to in that second-half and the first time they came into our half they did so that was the difference."
He added on the future of Pumas rugby after another promising performance: "We play good rugby and have a young team, so it's a good time for us."
