Connacht will be without wing Niyi Adeolokun for up to three weeks after he sustained a grade 1 medial ligament sprain to his knee over the weekend.
The news comes ahead of the province's PRO12 away game against Cardiff Blues on Friday, with the 24-year-old suffering the injury against Treviso.
In other news, it appears number eight Eoghan Masterson is recovering well from a bruised shoulder and is expected to be fit for selection at the Arms Park. After also taking a knock to the head, he passed the standard tests this week.
"Tighthead prop Nathan White is struggling with an ongoing calf soreness which caused him to withdraw late from the last two games. The 33-year-old remains unavailable this week," read a statement from Connacht.
"Mils Muliaina and Darragh Leader have both returned to full training and are available for selection this week.
"Kieran Marmion (shoulder), Bundee Aki (ankle), Eoin McKeon (sternum), and Willie Faloon (shoulder) continue their rehab and it is hoped that all four will be available after the break and for the next fixture against Munster on March 28."
