The charges against Bath tighthead prop David Wilson and Saracens second-row George Kruis were dropped on Tuesday by an RFU disciplinary panel.

Both players were charged with acts contrary to good sportsmanship contrary to Law 10.4(m).

Wilson was cited following the Premiership match between Bath and Saracens for allegedly making contact with the eye(s) or the eye area of Kruis. The Saracens lock was also cited for allegedly biting Wilson as part of the same incident in the second-half of the match.

The panel has dismissed both citing so they are free to play with immediate effect.

The three-person panel was chaired by Christopher Quinlan QC and also comprised of Gareth Graham and Derek Webster.
