Bulls centre Jesse Kriel has returned to training and will be ready for the clash with the Sharks at Loftus next week.

Kriel sustained a concussion during training last week and missed the Bulls 45-25 victory over the Melbourne Rebels at the weekend.

The 22-year-old Springbok will bolster the Bulls' midfield stocks and their head coach Nollis Marais is happy with his impending return.

“We emerged unscathed," Marais told Netwerk24.

Burger (Odendaal) has bruising on his leg, but it’s not serious.

“With Jesse back, we’ll have quite a number of options at centre.”
