Ospreys number eight Dan Baker believes regional captain Alun-Wyn Jones is "the man with everything" as his future remains up in the air.
The second-row, who has been superb for both Ospreys and Wales over recent seasons, is unsurprisingly in demand with other rival clubs circling.
But it seems a stay at home is the most likely option for the Lions lock, something that Baker insists would be a massive coup for the region.
"The guy's incredible, one of the best second-rows you could ever play with," he told BBC Sport.
"I think he has got pretty much everything – his work-rate around the park and in training, the way he conducts himself, everything he does."
Baker added: "He is quite intimidating, it depends what kind of mood he's in.
"You'd much rather play with him that against him."
