Ulster Director of Rugby Les Kiss was incredibly disappointed after giving up a lead to lose to Munster 15-14 at home on Friday.
Kiss's side had a 14-0 nil lead for the whole of the second half before Munster came back with two tries, a conversion and a drop goal.
"You get 14-0 you win those, particularly at home," Kiss told Belfast Live.
"If you make a raft of errors and play away from the plan then you give them access to your half and that's what happens."
"Their try in the second half, and the first half, came from our errors and we put in a massive shift in defence early on because we gave them access back down there again.
"In the end we feel that once we get to 14-0 and we really turn the screws by our own discipline and actions, rock solid execution when it needs to be done, then we can put that game away.
"That hurts and it's my job to work with the guys and get that right, because that's not good enough. It really isn't."
