Giorgio Bronzini will make his bow for the Azzurri after being named as starting scrum-half alongside fly-half Carlo Canna for the match.
Luke McLean and Tommaso Benvenuti are at centre while Angelo Esposito, Giulio Bisegni and Edoardo Padovani complete the backs.
Up front there are starts for Andrea Lovotti and Lorenzo Cittadini, with Leonardo Ghiraldini at hooker, Marco Fuser and Andries Van Schalkwyk as the second-rows while Maxime Mbanda, Simone Favaro and Sergio Parisse are the back-row trio, the latter continuing as captain.
