Coming into the line-up is Leonard Sarto, Lucas Morisi, Alberto Sgarbi, Alberto Di Bernardo, Tobias Botes, Robert Barbieri, Joshua Furno, Leandro Cedaro, Davide Giazzon and Matias Aguero.
The Azzurri have lost both their games this June, the first 44-10 to the Springboks before going down 39-10 to Samoa last weekend in Nelspruit.
Scotland comfortably overcame Italy 34-10 in their recent Six Nations meeting at Murrayfield.
