Wallabies full-back Israel Folau conceded that his team are in a difficult position and need a change in perspective for their next Test.
Australia play England on Saturday in Melbourne in the second Test of the series. Australia must win the game to ensure a chance to win the series in the final game after losing 39-28 in Brisbane last weekend.
"We're just in a hole at the moment," said Folau.
"I guess it's an attitude thing.
"We learnt a lot from the game last week and now that its done and dusted we've been working really hard together as a team when we're on the training paddock and hopefully we can go out there and deliver.
"That's the situation that we're in and the last thing we want to do is go into our shells so we want to be playing footy as well and I think we'll be doing that on the weekend."
