Waratahs prop Benn Robinson is determined to start all of the Sydneysiders' remaining matches in this year's tournament.
Although all those matches amount to 13 which must be played on the trot if the Waratahs are to defend their title – they have already had their two byes for the season – Robinson is convinced he doesn't need a break during such a gruelling run-in.
“Hopefully I can stay, if I get selected all the way through, it’s up to Michael whether he is going to rest players, but I think for Michael he’s putting his best side on week in, week out,” Robinson told Australia's Daily Telegraph.
“If I am that, then hopefully I’ll play 10 games in a row.
“Having two byes this early is a little bit different for us, but it’s rugby, it’s what you train to do.
“You get that bit of momentum too, the quick turnover of games, there is not too much time to look back and reflect, you’re into the next game.
“Early in the week players, whether their loads may drop off, it will be week by week.”
