James Horwill has been left out of the Reds' touring squad for their trip to South Africa after his red card against the Rebels.
The former Australia captain was given his marching 20 minutes into the defeat to the Rebels for a swinging arm to the head of Paul Alo-Emile.
That followed his opening try as the Rebels started promisingly, but with 14 men they slumped to a sixth defeat in seven games this season.
Horwill has been suspended for one week as a result of his second red card of the campaign, and coach Richard Graham has chosen to leave him out of the squad that will travel to South Africa.
Rob Simmons makes his return and should feature against the Bulls this weekend, while Tom Murday comes into the squad for Horwill.
