Montpellier fly-half Francois Steyn and Leinster second-row Hayden Triggs are set to face disciplinary hearings in Paris on Wednesday.

Steyn was issued with a red card during his club's Champions Cup match against Leinster at the RDS last Friday.

He was sent off by referee, JP Doyle (England), for a dangerous tackle on Leinster fly-half Johnny Sexton in the 30th minute of the match in contravention of Law 10.4 (e).

Meanwhile, EPCR has received a citing complaint against Leinster second-row Triggs.

Triggs is alleged to have made contact with the eye area of Montpellier scrum-half Nic White in the 44th minute of the match in contravention of Law 10.4 (m). The complaint was made by the match Citing Commissioner, Stefano Marrama (Italy).

Antony Davies (England), Chairman, Julien Berenger (France) and Pamela Woodman (Scotland) have been appointed as the independent Disciplinary Committee for the hearings.
