Hammett changes his Hurricanes

The Hurricanes have recalled TJ Perenara and Beauden Barrett as starting half-backs for their clash with the Stormers at FMG Stadium.

TJ Perenara and Beauden Barrett return as starting half-backs for the Hurricanes' Super Rugby clash with the Stormers at FMG Stadium.

Barrett is back in the 10 jersey after wearing 15 for the previous two rounds while Perenara was benched last week against the Western Force.

Andre Taylor subsequently comes in at full-back while Matt Proctor starts on the wing in place of All Black finisher Julian Savea, who has decided to sit out the game due to off-field issues.

Up front Victor Vito returns at number eight, forming a strong back-row trio of Karl Lowe and Brad Shields while Jason Eaton returns at lock.
