Leigh Halfpenny's future seems destined to be with Toulon following crisis talks this week after Mourad Boudjellal's comments on Tuesday.

Boudjellal had suggested that Halfpenny's groin injury may have not been disclosed before he signed for the club.

However according to the BBC the dispute has now been settled after talks between Halfpenny's representatives and Toulon management.

The report also suggests that Halfpenny could be back in action within three weeks to make his debut for the club, avoiding any surgery.

Halfpenny was billed as Toulon's star signing and seen as a key part of their side with his goalkicking abilities following the retirement of Jonny Wilkinson.

The Wales full-back joined the French and European champions from Cardiff Blues.
