France have called up Bordeaux-Bègles number eight Loann Goujon to replace the injured Louis Picamoles.

Picamoles was forced off early into the first half of France's 23-21 win over Italy on Saturday in Paris and was replaced by Yacouba Camara.

France announced on Sunday that Picamoles pulled his hamstring in his right leg and will miss "France's next games and must rest for several weeks."

Picamoles, one of France's best players in recent years, is set to join Northampton Saints at the end of the season from Toulouse.

Goujon, 26, made his Test debut in last year's Six Nations against Scotland and has won six caps.
