France have called up winger Marc Andreu to replace the injured Sofiane Guitoune ahead of facing Italy in the Six Nations.
Guitoune started against Wales in Round 3 after an injury to Teddy Thomas, Andreu's club team-mate at Racing Métro.
The 29-year-old hasn't played for France since 2013 when he faced New Zealand in New Plymouth, the most recent of his seven caps for les Bleus.
With Thomas still sidelined and Guitoune now ruled out, Clermont's Noa Nakaitaci should be the next in line to take the number 11 shirt opposite Yoann Huget.
Andreu will link up with the France squad on Wednesday ahead of Sunday's game in Rome.
