Pek Cowan, Tetera Faulkner and Richard Hardwick all come back into the starting XV after impressive performances off the bench in the 26-19 win over the Reds last Thursday.
Hardwick comes in for Brynard Stander at number eight. Stander shifts to the blindside flank where he takes over from Ross Haylett-Petty who wore the number six jersey against the Reds in Perth.
