Golden Lions coach Johan Ackermann has made five changes to his starting XV for Friday ’s clash with the Pumas in Nelspruit.

In the front row, Jacques van Rooyen will start at loosehead prop, with Ruan Dreyer shifting to tighthead. Additionally, Martin Muller comes in at lock while Fabian Booysen returns to the number eight berth due to Ruaan Lerm's injury.

A change in the backline sees Sampie Mastriet starting at wing, shifting Ruan Combrinck out to full-back.
