Highlanders wing Patrick Osborne has made himself available for selection for Fiji ahead of the upcoming 2016 June international Series.

Fiji head coach John McKee was pleased with the news and revealed that he had been monitoring Osborne’s form this season.

“I am very happy that Patrick has made himself available for selection for the Vodafone Flying Fijians. I am closely tracking his form and performance levels in Super Rugby and will most definitely consider him for selection in the 2016 June Test Series,” he told Fiji Rugby.

28-year-old Osborne, who was born in Suva, had come close to representing New Zealand in the past, with his decision a big boost to Fiji.
