Former Blues coach Paul Feeney has put pen to paper on a three-year deal with Western Province and the Stormers, according to a report.
Stuff believe Feeney has agreed to join the Stormers ahead of Super Rugby and will fly to Cape Town on Monday to become assistant coach.
Feeney, 52, will work under head coach Robbie Fleck and director of rugby Gert Smal as the Stormers look for an improved season in 2017.
"I'm excited by the opportunity to go and coach in South Africa," Feeney told Fairfax Media.
"When you're a young kid you talk about South Africa and New Zealand all the time. Now I've got the chance to go over there and see what they do first hand. I'm going to learn a lot and hopefully I can help them as well."
Feeney spent time with Western Province earlier this year and was also part of Canada's coaching group for their international series in June.
