Easter back with England

England have returned to Pennyhill Park to resume their preparations for the Rugby World Cup, with Nick Easter back after missing their Colorado camp.

The same 45 players that travelled to Denver last month for a two-week intensive training camp have reassembled at England's Surrey-based facility following a week's rest.

Easter will also join up with the squad and will be assessed after missing the trip to Colorado due to a back injury. The 51-cap veteran has been receiving treatment over the past three weeks with his club side Harlequins.

England will play their first match as part of the warm-up internationals in two weeks' time, against France at Twickenham.

"We had a fantastically successful two week camp in Denver where the entire squad worked extremely hard and were exceptional in the way they went about the training," head coach Stuart Lancaster told England Rugby's official website.

"They have had a week now to recover from what was an incredibly intensive period and we'll want to hit the ground running again this week as we build up towards the France game a week on Saturday."
