Ireland's Keith Earls could miss Saturday's Six Nations fixture against France after he suffered an injury against Wales over the weekend.
The winger featured in the 16-all draw at Aviva Stadium but came off the field with a concussion. Earls will have to prove his match fitness this week.
"I think Keith has probably suffered a concussion," Ireland coach Joe Schmidt told BBC.
"He will be considered to have had a concussive impact and that will certainly put him in doubt for next weekend."
Fly-half Johnny Sexton also suffered a big blow to the chest, but escaped without any lasting damage.
"Johnny is sore without a doubt, but I was just talking to [Wales centre] Jonathan Davies in the corridor and he's sore too,” added Schmidt.
Ireland travel to the Stade de France in Paris to face les Bleus on Saturday.
