Dylan Hartley available but Elliot Daly a doubt

England captain Dylan Hartley is set to return from the injury which kept him out of their defeat to France, but wing Elliot Daly is a new concern.

Hartley has been nursing a calf strain but head coach Eddie Jones is confident that the skipper will be fit to lead the side.

“Dylan ran this morning but we need to get a medical report on him,” Jones said. “I expect Dylan to be available but we will just have to wait and see. If he’s fit then he’ll be playing.”

There was less good news on Daly with the wing awaiting the results of a scan after injuring his foot late on against Les Bleus.

On his return from an ankle issue, the back three player was one of England’s better performers versus Jacques Brunel’s men, but he may be set for another spell on the sidelines.
