Wasps director of rugby Dai Young lauded his team's performance as they kept the heat on league leaders Saracens with a win over Worcester.
The big-spending Premiership outfit ran out 26-12 winners at Sixways on Sunday in a result that leaves them one point behind the champions.
What made Wasps' victory all the more impressive was that they were minus a whole XV of players while Danny Cipriani was a late withdrawal.
"It's fantastic for the squad – you don't win anything with 15 or 23 players," boss Young told the Premiership website following the away win.
"We have been lucky with injuries for most of the season up to now, but it's caught up with us and now we have got a massive injury list.
"That's when the squad has to come to the fore and we see whether we have got real strength in depth. I think today was a massive win for us.
"We have played some really good stuff throughout the year and had some really good wins but this has to be up there with one of the best wins we have had.
"There were a lot of new faces and boys who had been waiting for opportunities and I am really proud of the effort."
