Stade Français are set to lose star centre Jonathan Danty for several months as he prepares for surgery.
Danty made his international debut earlier this year for France, making three starts during the 2016 Six Nations. The 23-year-old also featured on the recent tour to Argentina.
Gonzalo Quesada told Midi Olympique on Monday that Danty had been suffering with a shoulder injury towards the end of the season and that he now required an operation.
Quesada said: "I think that Jonathan will soon have an operation in Paris. If that's the case then we will lose him for four months."
