Wales wing Alex Cuthbert could be disciplined after it was revealed that team management will speak to him over an altercation which happened last year.
It was confirmed by Wales' assistant coach Rob Howley that Cuthbert was involved in an incident in December last year.
Although the player was not under the jurisdiction of the Welsh camp at the time, a video shows him throwing a member of the public's phone down the street during an argument.
Cuthbert is then angrily confronted by the individual who also calls the Cardiff Blues flyer an abusive name.
"We're aware of it [the video] and all our players are reminded of their conduct in public," said Howley.
"It happened back in December and he wasn't on Wales duty.
"It's a constant reminder to us all – and we are going to speak to Alex about that incident."
