Lions head coach Johan Ackermann has made two changes to his starting line-up for Saturday's clash with the Sharks in Durban.
Ross Cronje will start at scrum-half, after recovering from a facial injury sustained in the friendly against the Bulls in Polokwane earlier this year.
Cronje replaces Faf de Klerk while Rohan Janse van Rensburg comes in at inside centre for Howard Mnisi.
De Klerk and Mnisi are both amongst the replacements.
“Both these inclusions are part of the rotational system that we have in place to manage to big squad of players in a very long Super Rugby competition,” explained Ackermann.
