England back-row Tom Croft has suffered yet another setback in his injury-ravaged career as it appears he could be ruled out for up to six months.
The 29-year-old British and Irish Lion dislocated his shoulder against Newcastle Falcons on March 8, with the Leicester blindside now set for some time out.
"He has had a bit of nerve damage as well," Tigers director of rugby Richard Cockerill told BBC Radio Leicester about Croft's unfortunate new injury.
"We hope it is as quick as possible but it's likely to be six months or so.
"We just have to support the player and get him back on the field. It has been hugely disappointing for him and the club."
