Several teams have made changes to their squads for European club competition this season, with Connacht adding Naulia Dawai to the group.

Dawai, who recently joined from Mitre 10 Cup side Otago, takes the spot of Eoin Griffin ahead of their clash with Wasps at the Sportsground.

Elsewhere, Clermont have brought in hooker John Ulugia for Nathan Charles, Exeter add Joe Simmonds and Shaun Malton for Will Hooley and Elvis Taione, Northampton bring James Fish in for Reece Marshall and Zebre have named Christoffel du Plessis in place of Gabriele Di Giulio.

Toulouse have made the most changes as Selevasio Tolofua, Peato Mauvaka and Florian Verhaeghe replace Tristan Tedder, Julien Marchand and Edwin Maka respectively in their European squad.

Finally, in the Challenge Cup, Ospreys replace the injured Dan Lydiate with wing Hanno Dirksen.
